POLICY MANAGEMENT.
PRODUCT REGISTRATIONS PLATFORM.
Our proprietary IGard System is a web-based platform designed to support policy and guarantee fulfilment. It allows for product registration through direct input, API, or import files, offering flexibility in the registration process.
The platform is configured in a hierarchical structure tailored to meet the specific needs of dealer groups. This hierarchy can accommodate various divisions, including individual sales executives, dealerships, and dealer groups. Access to the system is managed through hierarchical user credentials, ensuring that the appropriate level of access is granted to each user based on their role within the organisation.

ADMINISTRATION POLICIES.
iGard has been designed to accommodate compliant policy sales and product registrations.
– Product, client and vehicle eligibility is programmed into the system and works in unison with the Statement of Demands and Needs (SODAN).
– Suitable product quotes include prescribed information, which is either printed, downloaded or emailed to the customer.
– The GAP deferral periods are set in the system to ensure compliance to the legislation.
– Policy documentation provided in a PDF format, personalised to the customer and is printed, downloaded or emailed.
– Policy administration is supported by our customer services team who are available to dealers and clients in normal office hours.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION.
As part of the on-boarding process we will work with your business to agree any reporting requirements including content, purpose, format, frequency, reporting period, distribution method and recipients.
As standard we provide and review the following management information on a monthly and quarterly basis:
– Sale Performance by Dealership: Products sold by the dealer by month, YTD and RTM, Penetrations where vehicle sales data can be provided
– Product Performance
– Claims paid and declined
– Declinature reasons: Walkaways, Cancellations, Complaints
– Including reasons and rationale for each reported criteria
– Underwriting Performance Reports
– Service Level Performance

Through a comprehensive data capture process, we continually monitor and analyse sales of policies and guarantees. Trends, patterns and forecasting algorithms can all be used to manage our combined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, with remedial action plans devised and implemented.
Regular monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews are a fixture of each partnership, giving the opportunity for in-depth health checks of sales performance, whilst providing a forum for open feedback, and creating the opportunity to identify and define training and support requirements.
As you’d expect, compliance is at the heart of our business, so we provide detailed analysis of TCF reporting, covering everything from a live portfolio review through to summaries of claims, cancellations and complaints.

VIRTUAL PRODUCT TRAINING.
We have invested heavily in technology to allow us to support dealers with training and development remotely via a live video webinar platform and e-learning platform. Types of training and development we provide to the network are shown below, but not limited to:
– Monthly dealer video conference calls
– Online ‘live’ system training, interactive sales training including end-of-training tests, interactive induction of new dealer team members, and coaching or refresher training
– E-learning product modules tailored to client needs
– Review and benchmark with the dealer’s management team to identify areas of development and agree on any necessary remedial action
– Jointly review and analyse MI data
– Grow and develop product sales penetration and product profitability through our consultancy programme
