Group Chairman
Our Founder and Group Chairman, Victor, created the GardX business back in 2002, before launching in the market in 2003. Victor has enjoyed more than 48 years’ experience in the automotive sector, owning and operating both new and used vehicle sales operations. This includes the ownership and operations of a franchised dealer group for 17 years representing Toyota, Jeep, Chrysler, Suzuki, Lexus and other brands. He is recognised as ‘a key industry influencer’ by Car Dealer Magazine’s annual panel.

Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO with responsibility for leading day-to-day operations, Billy joined GardX in 2017 to spearhead and launch a pioneering digital SAAS business for the automotive industry, formerly called GardX AD-Vantage, and now known as GardX Engage. His automotive experience is vast, having established a successful used car export operation in 2013, which currently spans eight international markets.

Our Group Chief Operating Officer, Stuart, is accountable for the daily operations of the organisation across all global markets. He is responsible for enhancing operational efficiencies, driving forward business effectiveness and leading transformation across the group. This includes Strategy, Operations, Production, Marketing, Digital, IT, Product Development, Partnerships, Logistics and Supply Chain. Stuart offers extensive automotive experience, with a particular expertise in strategy development, business transformation, digitalisation and marketing. Prior to joining GardX, Stuart held a senior executive role and member of the leadership team within the UAE based conglomerate, Al-Futtaim group, which involved the implementation of a dramatic digital and go-to-market transformation across 11 international markets.

Group Chief Financial Officer
Our Chief Financial officer, Simon, is a Fellow of the Association of Certified & Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA, FIPA). He boasts extensive experience in the automotive sector, both as an auditor and finance director. His industry experience includes roles as Finance Director for a large automotive group and the Yamaha World Superbike Team.
