Group Chairman
Our Founder and Group Chairman, Victor, created the GardX business back in 2002, before launching in the market in 2003. Victor has enjoyed more than 48 years’ experience in the automotive sector, owning and operating both new and used vehicle sales operations. This includes the ownership and operations of a franchised dealer group for 17 years representing Toyota, Jeep, Chrysler, Suzuki, Lexus and other brands. He is recognised as ‘a key industry influencer’ by Car Dealer Magazine’s annual panel.

Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO with responsibility for leading day-to-day operations, Billy joined GardX in 2017 to spearhead and launch a pioneering digital SAAS business for the automotive industry, formerly called GardX AD-Vantage, and now known as GardX Engage. His automotive experience is vast, having established a successful used car export operation in 2013, which currently spans eight international markets.
- Dave Allmark
Director of Business
Dave joined GardX in 2015 to head up and develop the Assure Business. He is responsible for all insurance related activities including; underwriter placement, relationships and performance, as well as insurance related sales, marketing, and business production which incorporates our product development, pricing and distribution. Dave has 10 years retailer level Automotive experience with a further 30 years in the insurance add-on arena at senior levels, split across underwriters and cover holders on a UK and international basis.
- Chloe Tallet
Director of Operations
Chloe has been with GardX for nearly 8 years and is responsible for the overall efficiency, productivity and performance of the company’s operation function including Claims, Compliance, Projects, Service Delivery and Implementation. She is a Certified Role Holder for SM&CR, acting as a senior manager with responsibility for a significant business unit whose responsibilities are; Insurance Compliance, Management of Conflicts of Interests, Complaints Handling, IT Systems, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Data Protection, Outsourcing, Business Operations. She also has 14 years’ experience in operational, project and management roles.
